Participating organizations will receive 500 ShopsForsCharity vouchers,
which may be distributed to organization members, friends, family members,
business associates, etc.
(Please Note, we ask that you do not distribute vouchers at any
Giant Market to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience to all customers.)

ShopsForsCharity is available once per calendar year per organization. Your
organization will have a designated one-week period in which to redeem vouchers.

Vouchers are valid and may be redeemed at all Giant Market locations by simply handing it in along with the cash register receipt at the Customer Service Center.
(Please Note, all vouchers must be redeemed immediately following the purchase - one cash register receipt per voucher.)

For those organizations with several groups within itself (Churches, Schools, etc.), please pool together and plan a united ShopsForsCharity effort whereas the proceeds may be divided up equally to benefit each group.

A donation of 5% of the total dollar value of the vouchers redeemed (with exception of alcohol and tobacco sales, sales tax, and Round Up for CHOW), will go to your organization in the form of a check.

STEP 1:
Please send a written request on your organization's letterhead, including a copy of your 501(c)3 status, no later than January 31st of the year you are applying for to:

STEP 2:
Plan in advance and please be patient. Giant Markets receives countless
requests for assistance everyday, and in striving to be the most effective in our giving efforts, we are careful to evaluate each request in detail. Under normal circumstances, we'll get back to you within two weeks upon receipt of your request.

STEP 3:
Once approved, gather organization members, family, friends, business associates, and more to make the most of the ShopsForsCharity Fundraiser.
